Genius Training Academy (GTA)
GTA was established in 2020 and has been operating for 4 years, providing high-quality training for various industry sectors.
Starting with basic technical training, information technology, logistics, and digital marketing, we have now grown into one of the TVET colleges known as KOLEJ ANTARABANGSA TVET GTA, offering Diploma courses in food and beverage management.
The founder and Chief Executive Officer is Dr. Sundararajan Murugeya, who has over 20 years of progressive experience in the education industry. He is a highly trained and qualified CEO with a comprehensive approach.
Dr. Sundararajan is a leader with a strong focus on business development, results, and systematic processes. He is also involved in managing the Corporate Training division and serves as Chairman in several non-profit organizations.
Following his passion, he ventured into the field of educational management and consulting, offering skill-based training and coaching with a focus on developing skilled and trained individuals. His desire to consult and train has driven him to explore and establish KOLEJ ANTARABANGSA TVET GTA, which also collaborates with top management consultants and trainers in the city.
He seeks advanced technology, efficiency, humanity, and art. Therefore, he designs training programs, consulting services, and all related activities to help create employment opportunities. Dr. Sundararajan is also open to new ideas, startup projects, and creative initiatives that can leverage his experience and knowledge globally.

GTA was established in 2020 with the aim of providing high-quality training programs to both local and international workforces. Genius Training Academy has grown to become one of Malaysia’s leading training providers, offering a variety of courses in technical, vocational, management, and interpersonal skill development. It has also evolved into one of the TVET colleges, known as KOLEJ ANTARABANGSA TVET GTA, offering Diploma courses in food and beverage management.
In its early days, the company focused solely on soft skills training in the management field. However, with the growth of industries and the increasing demand for a highly skilled workforce, we have expanded our services to include information technology training, logistics operations, food handling courses, skill-based courses, and professional programs recognized locally and internationally.
GTA is committed to providing a comprehensive and relevant learning experience for every participant. We ensure that each program is designed according to the latest industry standards, supported by experienced trainers and equipped with advanced training facilities. With over 4,000 participants successfully completing our courses, GTA is proud to be a part of their professional development journey.
